Do you direct bill to insurance companies?Yes. I can direct bill to large insurance companies such as Pacific Blue Cross, Telus Health (Canada Life, Manulife, Chambers of Commerce, Claim Secure), Sun Life and Provider Connect (Green Shield, Empire Life).

What are my payment options?I accept Interac and credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. I am also able to direct bill to insurance companies.

Do you treat WSBC and ICBC clients?Unfortunately I do not accept clients with WSBC claims. With ICBC claims, please contact me via email or phone before booking an appointment.

What should I wear?Please come dressed in clothing that is loose and easy to move around in, as well as allows the therapist to easily access the region (s) to be assessed and treated.

Is there a cancellation policy?If you need to cancel, please try and do so 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the visit.

Where can I park?There is free one hour street parking on West Esplanade and Semish Ave., as well as free two hour street parking in the surrounding areas. Parkades in the area include: When you are driving up or down Semish Ave there is a laneway that you can turn down (heading east). Go past P2 on your right, and shortly you will see a sign for P3. Take a sharp right turn into the partially covered parking area. The guest stall numbers are #13 and #14, and there is a sign that says HBC guest parking. Where do I go when I exit the elevator on the 5th floor?Directly off the elevator is a reception area. Please wait there and I will greet you at your appointment time.

What time are the building doors open?The doors at street level are open from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday. If you have an appointment time that is outside of these hours, I will come downstairs to greet you.
